Why are we doing this?
We believe, as a company, the heart of what we do is to take care of those around us. Starting with our own staff and reaching out to our community, we need to make a difference for those who are hurting and those who are in need.
Even before the pandemic, we've made the commitment that at least 50% of our company profits will to go to support charities, both local and abroad. So when you make the decision to purchase from us, you are also making the decision to do some good in the world around us.
Why now?
The coronavirus pandemic has caused unprecedented hardship to so many people. During COVID-19, we will be teaming up with Convoy of Hope, to help provide food, water, hygiene and other emergency relief items to others who are less fortunate during these tough times. Convoy's 10 Million Meals initiative, which aims to deliver 10 million meals to vulnerable communities suffering from the economic fallout caused by the virus, really spoke to us.
