Shipping Policies


Our preferred carrier is Fedex and UPS but, we will choose the fastest method to ship your items to you and may use Ontrac or other carriers. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for the shipping to provide faster service.


All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We provide tracking numbers for your packages. Please monitor them carefully. If your package shows it was delivered and you did not receive your package, please contact us immediately. This is a time senstive issue as the carrier only allows 14 business days to file claims. A lost claims investigation takes normally 15-30 business days. We require accurate contact information including phone number. No replacement will be sent out during the lost claim package investigation.


Not all of our products qualify for free shipping. Oversized items are products that are too large to be shipped by normal means, or require additional charges because of their size or weight. Oversized items can be but, not limited to gaskets, cooktops and refrigerator door parts, motors, etc.

These orders are reviewed for any special circumstances. If you have questions before placing your order, you are welcome to email us at and we will be glad to assist you.


If you request an address change after the order has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a $18.50 address correction fee.

The fee must be paid first and is non-refundable before we can reship your order.


GenuineReplacementParts reserves the right to charge an additional $18.50 shipping fee, whether because you originally submitted an incorrect address when you placed your order with the us or otherwise. The shipping carrier charges us a return fee and we pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable. Accordingly, please be sure and review the shipping information you submit very closely to ensure it is accurate.


Incorrect address that results in the order being lost, we cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

If an order has been returned to our warehouse, you will be credited minus return shipping charges of $18.50 and original shipping charges (if applicable) and a 25% restocking fee is charged. If this is our error, we will pay for reshipping. We are not responsible for any carrier delays.

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original payment form for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you and a 25% restocking fee for the return. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.


After placing an order online with us, we typically ship 3-5 business days after we receive your order.


We do not guarantee shipping arrival time. All estimated arrival times are just that, estimates. We stock a full inventory of thousands of items. Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, we do run low on some items, and those orders may take an extra day or two before being shipped. We also have several warehouses throughout the United States. We do our best to process your order from the closest warehouse to the requested shipping address. Howvever, every once in a while, we run out of inventory and must ship your from a different warehouse.


We currently only ship to the continental U.S. and we will only ship to a street address. We do not ship to APO/FPO nor P.O. Box address.

We do have limited quantities in our Hawaii warehouse. If these items are available, we will fulfil your order otherwise, it will automatically be cancelled.


Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. We only use certain carriers for these items. If we can not ship these items, your order will automatically be cancelled.


GenuineReplacementParts will make every reasonable effort to fulfill its obligations. However, GenuineReplacementParts cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural catastrophes or any others that make impracticable the production, transportation or delivery of products.

In the event of delay, GenuineReplacementParts will perform its obligations as soon as reasonably possible, and it reserves the right to allocate any remaining product supply among customers in a fair and reasonable manner.

Expedited shipping costs and ground shpping costs in cases of force majeur

The guarantee for expedited shipping does not apply when late delivery results from events beyond our control (force majeur). Ground shipping is estimated only and never guaranteed. No refunds or partial refunds of the shipping costs will be issued.


All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, GenuineReplacementParts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an items correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
